Professional Experience

He brings over 20 years of experience in legal affairs and corporate legal departments, both within Egypt and internationally.
He began his career in Egypt, then moved to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he worked with leading law firms and progressed through senior legal roles, ultimately serving as Head of Legal at a major holding company in Riyadh. This provided him with hands-on experience in handling commercial and construction disputes and managing complex legal challenges.
He founded MAP Lawyers as a modern legal practice with a presence in Egypt and London, delivering practical legal solutions tailored to clients operating in diverse legal environments.
He has particular experience representing Egyptians abroad, especially in serious criminal and state security cases, earning the trust of Egyptian communities and relevant legal institutions.
He serves as legal advisor to various organizations, supporting them with practical legal solutions aligned with their operational needs.
He established a dedicated legal training division within MAP Lawyers, aimed at transferring practical knowledge and preparing legal professionals for regional and international practice.
He has also contributed to developing legal teams within international companies and delivered specialized training programs that combine academic knowledge with practical application, in addition to participating in training initiatives organized by academic institutions.
